Therapist – London

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and sales focused Therapist to join our London team.

 

You’ll be professional, personable and confident, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This is a sales focused position, so you’ll be comfortable working towards and exceeding daily and monthly targets, as well as confidently recommending the most appropriate treatments and products to our clients.

 

Our London clinic offers an extensive range of aesthetic and advanced skin treatments, including laser treatments, 3D Lipo, wrinkle relaxing treatments, microneedling and advanced skincare.

 

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of 1 year’s laser industry experience
• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy – required
• Level 4 Laser qualification – preferred
• Strong sales experience – essential
• Confidence working towards and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A smart and professional appearance
• A friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to travel when required
• UK work authorisation

An advantage: Electrolysis training and experience.

Sales Coordinator – Birmingham

We’re also looking for an experienced, motivated and commercially driven Sales Coordinator to lead our Birmingham clinic.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong sales experience within the beauty or aesthetics industry who thrives in a fast paced, target driven environment.

 

Sales performance is at the heart of this role. You’ll take ownership of your own targets while leading, motivating and supporting our team of therapists to consistently achieve and exceed theirs.

 

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the challenge of delivering strong commercial results while maintaining the exceptional client experience for which AllySkin is known.

 

What we’re looking for

• Excellent sales skills with a proven track record – essential
• Previous sales experience within the beauty/aesthetics industry
• Experience working in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the beauty and aesthetics industry
• A positive, proactive, “can do” attitude
• Flexibility to work according to the needs of the business, including evenings and Saturdays
• Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy – preferred but not essential
• UK work authorisation
